Becki Downs came to Destin for the first time in 1993, fell in love with the sugar white beaches, emerald green waters and the laid back atmosphere you only find at the beach.
She vacationed there for several years and in 1997 purchased her first investment property. From that point on, her love for the area grew and in January of 2006, she and her family relocated to Destin from Springfield, Illinois where she was born and raised. Becki obtained her real estate license and became a Realtor in June of 2006. She specializes in investment property and secondary homes.
Becki and her husband Jim live at the beach and love the Beaches of South Walton. She is active as board president of Maravilla Condominiums and Vice President of Beach Retreat Condominiums. She is a member of Community Association Presidents of the Emerald Coast (CAPEC) . She also manages her own property in the Destin area and is happy to share these experiences with buyers so they too can be comfortable with their decisions to invest in this wonderful area.
As a Realtor, Becki is a member of the Emerald Coast Association of Realtors, The Florida Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors and a member of the Destin Area Chamber of Commerce.
